Adopte Un Moment Later Journal lets you capture a worry, choose a review time, create small action goals, add optional notes or photos, receive local reminders, and compare the prediction with what actually happened. The app is a personal organization and reflection tool.

Your Content
Content you enter in the current app is stored locally on your device. You keep your rights to that content. You give Adopte Un Moment Later Journal only the limited permission needed to store, display, export, and manage that content inside the app. Support requests submitted through the hosted support form may be stored for later review.
Reminders And Accuracy
Adopte Un Moment Later Journal uses local notifications for receipt review reminders when you enable them. Notification delivery can depend on device settings, operating system behavior, battery mode, network state, and user permissions. Adopte Un Moment Later Journal does not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered exactly on time.
