Overview
Adopte Un Moment Later Journal helps you write down a worry, choose a future review time, and compare the prediction with what actually happened later. The current app code does not use user accounts, external authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payments, location tracking, cloud sync, social sharing, or AI APIs.
Information Stored In The App
The current version stores app content locally on your device using device storage. This may include:
- Worry receipt text, belief scores, likely outcomes, coping plans, review times, and receipt status.
- Timeline notes, check-in outcomes, actual facts, reflections, and linked action history.
- Action goals, due dates, completion status, and optional notes.
- App settings such as onboarding status, reminder preferences, notification privacy preference, default review timing, and quiet hours.
- Photo attachments you choose to add. The app copies selected images into its local app documents storage and stores local file references with the related receipt timeline.
Photos And Camera Access
Adopte Un Moment Later Journal asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to attach a photo to a receipt or timeline entry. Photos are used for your personal receipt timeline. The current app does not upload these photos to cloud storage.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Adopte Un Moment Later Journal requests notification permission and schedules local notifications for receipt review times. Reminder text is intentionally generic and does not include the worry text, photo details, filenames, or attachment counts.
Exports And Clearing Data
The app includes a Markdown export action that copies readable receipt and action text to your clipboard. The default export does not include the actual photo files. The Clear App Data action removes stored receipts, timeline entries, action goals, and stored app photos, and cancels pending receipt reminders. Basic app settings may remain so the app can continue using your current preferences.
Support Requests
The Support Form at /support is a public, no-login browser form. If you submit it, the form stores your topic, message, optional name, optional contact details, page URL, referrer, browser user agent, status, and submission time for later review. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, or emergency information in support requests.
No Third-Party Services In The App
The main app experience does not use third-party services to collect, analyze, sell, sync, or process your app content. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising, AI, payment, crash reporting, location tracking, cloud sync, or account services.
Children's Privacy
Adopte Un Moment Later Journal is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app or submit support requests if you are under 13.
